My investment journey all started in 2014, when I decided to go for the idea of investing in Real Estate in US. The journey wasn´t easy , and I learned one step at a time. I encountered problems and challenges on the way, and it costed me alot of money. But, as the time went by and my experiences grew- likewise my network, and knowledge about the american laws and regulations it all changed.
The valuable knowledge I have collected over the years, I will gladly share with you to make your investment journey easier, and to save you both time and money.

Markets - What is important to think about when it comes to different markets? Whats the difference to invest in California, Nevada, Michigan?
Accounting- What about that, can I do the booking in Sweden, o in my homecountry? What is the US Law?
Buying -Before you buy, what do you need to Think about, and do Before? Shall you buy in your personal name or not? Which documents do you need. You need to do the steps in the right way!
Floodzones - How important is that? I will say very important! I had a house flooded unfortunately.
Bank account- What do you need to start a bank account? And which bank do I Think works best for a foreigner?
Selling a property- What happens when you decide to sell a property? You are going to run into something called Firpta for example.
Strategy plan- I can share my plan , and whats changed over the years. This depends if you want to do this passive or not.
Trust - Who can you trust? I can share trustable Contacts with you. Its Always good to have a plan B when making business with new Contacts in a foreign country.
Fear- Whats your fear? Lift it , and get your questions answered -and prepare youself before you start.
Learning by doing
Would I do the same trip again,? - Absolutely!
But one thing I regret was that I didn´t had someone to ask, or to guide me step by step. That gave me some nervous moments and it costed me a lot of money.
